Ogden Half Marathon 2010

All my feelings in one facial expression!

Amy and I ran it together! It was fun to train and run it with her. She beat me in the end, but it was worth it! Great job little sis!

Tyler, Britanie, and Adalynn. Brit had Addie in January and she ran the half marathon!
What a woman! And what a husband to stay by her side the whole race!

I am only going to say this once because I know he isn't happy about this fact, but I beat
Kevin, my father-in-law!

This was my 2nd year running the Ogden Half Marathon. It seems to get better every year! After running 13.1 miles you can't help but smile as you cross the finish line and hear everyone cheering for you! Such a great event! I beat my time last year by 7 minutes, I did it in 2 hours and 2 minutes. I don't say this much but I'm really proud of myself! If you're considering running a 5k, half marathon, or full marathon, this is the one! Running down the Ogden Canyon is so beautiful. You notice things you never would driving it. Thanks to the Goal Foundation and all the volunteers for doing such a wonderful job and making this race happen! Congrats to everyone who ran! I hope your experience was as great as mine!

4 years and counting...

On Wednesday, May 12th, Kip and I celebrated our 4th anniversary as husband and wife. I honestly can't believe it's been 4 years already... Our wedding day was one of the happiest days of my life, and I can't wait to experience more with Kip!

I may not be the perfect wife, we may not have the perfect marriage, but we have each other, and that's perfect! I love you Kip!

Here's a few pictures from our getaways. We first stayed at the Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake. Thank you, Kip, for taking care of all the arrangements! I have to give a special shout out to our wonderful Aunt Stephanie. She's such a sweetheart and helped us out big time with this! Thank you Steph!

Saturday night we went to Park City and stayed at the Waldorf Astoria. This was a BEAUTIFUL hotel! I didn't want to look like an idiot taking pictures of the hotel lobby, pool, everything, so I just took pictures of our room. If you have time go check out their website! www.waldorfastoria.com.
